He could fight Darren Barker in the UK which would get Geale a very good payday i would think. It's a 50-50 fight too.

    Obviously

He can rematch Mundine which i find for once not a bad idea.

    Mundine is ranked
#4 by the IBF at Middleweight so the IBF wont kick up a fuss to much.

    so me in this order

    1. Mundine Rematch in Melbourne so he is closer to home. Victorian crowd will boo MUndine like theres no tommorow.

Then after he wins i feel his best option is.

I really feel he should go after

Felix Sturms WBA Super Belt as there are ****ing 3 WBA Champs but i feel Sturm would be a good choice.

    So
    Mundine then
    Sturm.

I know you dont like Mundine mate however that story has Geale fighting Martinez......taking nothing away from Geales great win over Sylvester......no ****ing way does Geale fight Martinez...further to this if anybody here can tell me Geale beats Martinez I would love to here how :blood

Grange have invested loads of cash into Geale...now is time to get it back......fight Manfredo IBF # 5.....then winner of #1 eliminator between Simon and Soloman...then INF # 3 Spinks.

From that point try to unify but against Zibic or fight Mundine...stay the hell away from Martinez :deal

I'm not saying he should fight Martinez now either.
But in 3 or 4 fights, absolutely.
I'd throw Sturm into the mix of before Martinez too.

I am saying he shouldn't give Mandy the time of day though, ever. :yep

reading a lot of these threads and reading between the lines i can see a lot of people here wish geale a good life in and out of boxing which he desreves.but i think a few posters have a hard time accepting that geale is a worthy champ.he thought the no1 contender to get to sylvestor and smashed his face up then he did the same to sylvestor
the guy did it the hard way and is the champ...the guy looks easy but is very good.
if he plays his cards right he can go on a 5 match winning streak and earn big bucks.
the guys hot property,he doesnt need mundine....the most mundine can give him is $750000 of cash...big deal...!he's on the way to make 5 million in under 2 years.and thats not including sponsors...!he dont need the pioneer...!grange are not stupid...!

Mundine v geale wouldn't even be competetive right now. They've gone in different directions.

Your numbers look a bit low here mate....Mundine paid Wood over $600,000 to fight him the second time round....Geale has the IBF title....this fight will generate IMO $4,000,000 net after costs...Geale should get over 50% or $2,000,000 plus.....I still maintain I cant see Geale getting more v anybody and IMO the risk v reward for Geale is in his favor

ashley....nice try buddy but your on the wrong side of the truth.the people in the know relize mundine doesnt make as much as people think....!the germans will be offering team grange more than anyone.and they would of already said to grange"go have an easy defence and come back to us we will top anything"....and the ibf would of already said who to fight in his second fight and they will look after him.its all politics now ash and choc cant match anyone anymore.....its not about coin anymore...!
ash geale is the champ and he is a very good boxer and is backed up by very smart people....!geale winning the title shocked mundine and his nutthuggers more than the germans....!GEALE IS THE CHAMP....!you dont really get it.
