Should GGG offer 50/50 to Jacobs to get the fight made?

In my opinion Jacobs is looking for a way out that's all, he will basically price himself out.

It will be 75/25 in Golovkins favour if it goes to purse bids and if it does go to purse bids Jacobs will walk away and complain about the split even though he really has no right to.

Jacobs isn't worth 50/50, Golovkin is coming off a huge PPV event here in the U.K. and Jacobs is coming off a nothing fight after a run of nothing fights.

Let it go to purse bids and we will find out very quickly if Jacobs really wants it.

It's nothing like Golovkin Vs Canelo, Golovkin was rather willing to go to purse bids and accept the smaller % but that still wasn't good enough for Canelo so he used that as an excuse, dropped his title and ran away.

No GGG should force the purse bid and from what I hear they are trying. Jacobs is not a champ he is a glorified #1 contender. If either party walks I hope people put bias aside and scrutinize who ever walked.

 

Jacobs does not deserve 50/50, no at all. Golovkin is the champion, Jacobs has a subtitle...............

 

Canelo needs to give GGG at least 40%
