floyd isnt the kind of person, nor is Pacquaio , that responds well to threats and hard line tactics. they would be better off to incentivise their approach and sweet talk, and flatter him. Intimidation never works on egos that big- only flattery. If they said :look do this fight- and we ll release a reality show for you and Roger + a 5 set DVD collection of all your fights + give your uncle a commentating spot- it would be far more effective.

They should do a package like that anyway- for both PAc and floyd, if they were smart, it would help make thise guys even bigger names, household names, and make the fight even bigger. If they play this right- they can make this a trilogy- and make 200 million off of this entire event in a 12 month period. if theyre stupid- they ll make nothing.

I think the best bet is just for Nevada to adopt the testing! Then Pac agrees and Floyd should be happy.

Yep NSAC to adopt a blood testing procedure with 14 day cutoff. Everybody will be happy and no egos hurt.

no everybody wont be happy because Floyd already said there isnt gonna be a cut off its RANDOM all the way ...it could stop 1 day before or 20 days before....besides i dont even think they would dare try and test a fighter that close to the fight man.

If the NSAC did start the random blood testing then Floyd came up with his own demands, it would be a problem, then I dont see the fight getting made.

I heard Travis Tygart on the boxing truth radio show last night. He said they stopped 18 days out because they had enough proof and were satisfied that Floyd and Shane were clean. I think he didn't want to risk seeing 2 zombies on May 1st and damage USADA's reputation by ruining a fight.

Written by a typically bad boxing writer. Where was that from, a POS blog somewhere? HBO doesn't have the power or inclination to make such a request.

USADA is random testing. That is what Floyd has requested. If they decide not to test within a certain window that is their prerogative. You don't pay any attention to any source of information that improve your knowledge on the subject. It's all pushed aside to make room for speculation and "facts" from ridiculous sources.

Well everybody still happy maybe except Floyd. :D If NSAC adopts some blood testing procedures with some cutoff then Floyd should suck it up. Floyd will look good if he follow the rules of boxing commission.

It's the other way around. Mayweather makes millions because he's supported by HBO. The same goes for Pacquiao
