Everytime I am skipping on a rope or shadow boxing, my left ankle doesnt stop cracking. Even the slightest move makes it crack although I dont feel any pain at all. Is this serious?

You could have clipped the tissue. This happened to my knee and healed in a few weeks.

Get it checked. It beats having surgery down the road. I kept working out when I had problems with mine and ended up shredding it. Better to have someone check it out.

i have exact same problem, left ankle, put up with it for 1yr eventually asked about it, they said it was lack of fat around the bone but nothing to worry about as it wont do any harm whatsoever, as soon as more fat around that bone it will stop, well it still flippin does it but no pain or anythin so i just forget about it, been 3yrs now..... sorry to scupper your hopes of gettin rid of it buddy

Why do people post things saying "it could be this" or "it could be that" you don't know ****. Your "help" could make things worse.

    Scorpion, go see a doctor.

ok if its a crack (like when people crack their knuckles) its air pockets in your ankle and is therefore not dangerous. however, every case is different so id advise seeing a doctor
