i was 2 years on boxing gym and i stopped for 3 years.Now i will start again in 3 months.I have bad stamina ,becouse of smoke! anyway,i have a heavy bag and i start make some basics combos ,i do 8 rounds on bag,20 pushups,20 gumps ,crunches,sit ups and some pull ups. I want ask if its ok this to see any improvement if i do 3 days heavy bag and 3 days running in the week. THANKS and (sorry for my english)
you do anything you will see an improvement from doing nothing you would see the biggest improvement if you stop smoking
Yes smoking is bad for stamina.I run for 20 minutes -half hour and i thing if i should encrease the time that i run?or stic to this time and run faster ?
