I've been focused on my stength and conditioning while the season was over and have 1 more day left whch is tomorow satuaday, Sunday rest and monday Birmingham boxing gym (My gym) is opening again. Should i take satuaday off and have 2 days rest before boxing practice? What do you think?

Agreed. My answer is yes, take the weekend off. You do conditioning for boxing. It is important that you feel rested going into your first day back. Good luck
You do coniditoning/strength training to complement your boxing. They should never be undertaken if they will affect your priority which is your boxing. The words of the wisdomous MR Small so take notice.
