I'm worried about the kid he can be seriously hurt if this trend continues He was brutally Ko'ed against Abraham they need to look after this kid before he is seriously hurt or killed in the ring Some might say i'm being dramatic or exaggerating but its just something going thru my mind atm thoughts?.

It's not like he got a one-sided multi-round beating as several of the recent Klitschko opponents.

If he pulls out now, this would **** up the entire tournament big time, would it not?

I'm not tired of seeing Europeans KO him yet. I say he should fight on.

Get him out for his own safety, get Bute or Andrade in there. Froch has KO'd him, Abraham has KO'd him, Froch will KO him again, and Kessler will KO him. I like Taylor, I expected him to win tonight, I think he is a very talented boxer, but he has come to the end of the line. All the talent in the world means nothing if your punch resistance is gone. I like Taylor, I always will, I'll remember the good times, but I don't want to see this happening to him again. Bute or Andrade.

If he pulls out he will be fighting for a while before he can get a big fight again. It will be a long and hard journey.. and he will be old when he gets the chance again and the money wuill not be good.

So, if he pulls out he should retire.

If he does not retire he has a very fortunate short way to revenge. He is guaranteed a chance to get a quick rebound because of the tourney. It is his chance of a life time..

Of course it may be a dangerous opportunity to follow ....

JT has nothing more to prove. It's time for him to leave boxing and look out for his own health and family.

He didn't look that putrid, he fought OK and was actually and as expected doing fine in the early rounds. It'll just be a huge mental barrier to overcome-having your last two fights end within the final seconds of the fight.

Yes. He's probably close to the point where he should consider retirement from the sport, let alone a tournament of the best fighters in the sport.

Not so much Europeans, as he was first knocked out by Pavlik. He does seem to have to some difficulty with white guys, however
I don't think his stamina improved either, as he was simply content to throw lazy jabs upon Abraham's gloves. Not as draining as the hail mary's he threw against Froch.

I think he'll carry on, and fulfil whatever contract there is for the bucks. This is one reason I think he'll fight on. But for his own good, if he does get knocked out again - a very good possibility - then he should quit and call it a day.

I couldn't watch the fight but have read up on it. Taylor is finished and should retire. He has lost 4 of his last 5 and 3 have been by KO. His win was against jeff lacy who is a fightewr that should also retire. Taylor never was a big fighter. 2 gift decisions against hopkins made his career. I thought he was outboxed by cory spinks who is a light middle. Jermain should just retire.
