    Been busy earlier with work to respond quickly, but I got this fresh statement from the interview he had with a local morning programme here in Manila.

    And yes, you are correct. The title holds by JMM stipulates such contract, that is why it is interesting to see how this one unfolds.

    If they fight without the belt, that would be a pay day suicide for JMM. If MAB only earned $2 million last night, I will peg JMM's at $1.5m or less..:D

    You can actually consider that if both are PPV material and superstars.

    But if not, I doubt it.

    The thing here is, Pac will not settle for a lesser amount of purse. Period.

    That's why I think a 135 fight against Baby Bull is more possible than this one, taking JMM's team bullheadedness in terms of negotiations.

    The only reason JMM is champ is because he got to MAB first. Pac beat MAB 12-0 decision whereas JMM won an SD to pretty much the same and very simmilar version of MAB. Pac also has a better resume at 130, is the bigger draw and higher p4p. On top of that JMM got paid 30k to fight Chris John, Pac got paid 2mil to fight Solis...only someone trying to price themselves out would request a higher pay than Pac at 130 right now.

    JMM & Nacho, Look at the Polls. It's Unanimous you'll not get more money than Pac. The most you can have is $2M & Pac got $8M. Take it or leave it. Or JUan will take your $2M.
