Yes or no, and state why.

I think it would be fitting for him to retire now, personally. Ending a fight against his biggest rival so perfectly, after the years of disappointment and obsession over the previous decisions, and all the hard work he put in to get himself into a position to take on Pacquiao again.

I think it would be poetic for that punch to be the last he ever throws as a professional fighter.

    What say you?

no, because he should give Pacquiao the same opportunity PAcquiao has given him twice when he didn't have to. Marquez got his biggest pay day and biggest victory because Pacquiao gave him a 4th. Time to fight him now when you don't have the advantage of having nothing to lose and having your opponent more motivated for a change.

What if he calls out Morales and have a final fight for both of them.

    Cinco de Mayo.

Of course not. He would be leaving millions on the table. It's all about money for yourself and your family. He will fight on.

How much money does a man need?

He'll always have a job doing analysis for TV etc, he's already one of the best at it and he only does it part time.

I don't know if he should retire but Marquez should not fight Manny again. He had to beat Pacquaio 3 times to get one win and it had to happen via KO i.e. no judges.
Pacquaio vs Marquez IV was supposed to be final and decisive. And it cannot get any more decisive than the results Marquez delivered the IVth fight. The series is closed and we have a clear winner lets not taint it with a cooked Vth fight .

Excuses? Who do you think was more motivated for this fight, Pacquiao or Marquez? Pacquiao was more motivated than usual but you tell me who lived it and breathed it more. Everyone would agree...I'm stating a fact, I'm sorry if you don't like it because you interpret it as taking away from Marquez' KO but it's not meant to, it's simple fact

No. Why would he? He's still top level elite, doesn't appear to be declining yet, his mental state seems fine, he's physically fine, and has winnable fights out there with some nice paydays.

As much as he can get. It's not like he's living in a huge mansion with a private plan and yacht. He's not THAT rich. Not even close. He would gladly welcome another 10 million for his bank account.

If he ants to finish on a high. This could be the time to do so.
But if he wants to see if he can generate some sales, then he should carry on. But is WW the division to do this. There probably are some fighters who will be a good match up. He doesn't need to take the risky fight. Unless it's a big pay day
