Should Khan jump straight to Welter weight and clean up?

    Kahn couldnt beat Pacman much less Cotto and the big boys at 147.


    Let him do his thing and get more practice. If he jumps up to the A level guys too fast he will loose like Mike Arquarious was being overhyped when he hadnt reached the top yet.

    Khan should take on Haye next. Haye's bombs will do nothing to Khan's Superman chin, and Khan's bombs will have Haye flying across the ring.

    Mayweather is just hype. He has kept away from Khan ever since Khan turned pro. Mayweather would not be able to take Khan's power or handle his speed.

    That's true actually, I honestly don't see Mayweather making it to round 12 against Khan. Too much intelligent pressure, power, speed, Ali-esque footwork and strategy -- after Cotto Mayweather HAS to fight Khan, or he shouldn't go down as an ATG. He can't keep ducking him.

    Do not get ahead of your self on how great Khan is.

    Sure he's 5'10" the same as Tyson but he has alot of time to fill out to that weight. Khan should clean up the Welter division, there is no point sticking at Light Weight with all those duds.

    Maybe when he is near 26 he can move up to HW and finish off his legacy, any time before would be foolish.

    I agree, he should clear out the Welters then take 8 months off like David Haye and put on the 80lbs in a sensible way, then he'll be ready to clean up the weak HW division.

    Mayweather would get knocked out by Khan.

    Khan is far better than Hatton, Mayweather has never seen that kind of combination of speed and power before...

    Also, Khan got silver in the olympics and Mayweather got bronze, so Khan is already ahead of him. Wait until they fight, it'll be like Jones Jr/Tarver 2, the P4P king will go down.
