Should Larry Holmes be given credit for winning the WBO belt in 1992?

Nope......... I love that fight......... I still review it here and there when I'm buzzin' hard.........

Holmes at age 42 was in great shape at 233 pounds, while Mercer just kept getting fatter and fatter after he KO'd Morrison in 1991.......... Holmes schooled a Mercer who was strong, but also over-confident....... It was legit.......

Both Mercer and Bowe were very talented, but also two of the laziest heavyweights this side of Buster Douglas back in the 1990s......
