Lennox had his chance to seal his legacy a decade ago.

He promised a rematch, then retired the day he was stripped of his title for ducking the rematch.

Seriously? Char... its not like the public is going to be clamoring to watch a long time retired Lennox fight over Vitali leftovers. The only fight I could see worthwhile is Vitali vs Lennox and that is about as much of a mismatch at this point as Jefferies vs Johnson do to Lennox's lack of fighting and gaining weight.

but Lewis needs to be behind on the scorecards 4-2, and the doctor has to stop the fight due to severe cuts suffered by Charr and declare Lewis the winner by TKO6

then, and only then, will Lennox Lewis seal his legacy as the greatest HW of our era

no, it's the other way round! lewis needs to lose on cuts in the 6th round while beeing ahead on the scorecards. since every well-educated boxing fan knows beeing stopped on cuts equals a win and ensures to be the GOAT:yep:yep

lennox is one and one with mccall and rahman.he lost to mercer and he and vitali have some unfinished business. he needs to come out of retirement and clean all that up before we even begin to talk about his legacy.

How old is Lewis already? He was 36 when he kayoed Rahman in the rematch. Lewis can't get up to go to a boxing gym not even for an exhbition.

A match with Charr yes that will definitely get him out of retirement....NOT.

The only way a 46 year old Lewis is returning to the squared circle is to be introduced to the crowd prior to some other pugilists going into combat.

I wouldn't want to see a great heavyweight decimated by the future GOAT, it's needless violence and pain for charr to inflict:bbb

He would never have what he knew to be his last fight against such a bum.
He's already had a "last fight" against a guy who wasn't in the same league as him,but this is different.Charr isn't fit to carry Lewis' spit bucket.
