should liddell move up to heavyweight?

    and follow in coutures footsteps?

    does anybody think he can even make an impact anymore?

    when couture moved up he had lost three of his last 5 fights(two being to liddell) and he was able to make an impact in the heavies.

    liddell has now lost three out of his last five fights.

    so is it time for him to move up? :think

    I think Liddell's time is slowly coming to an end. No one fears him anymore, and it seems as though most LHW fighters have figured out his style. Draw him into a fight instead of let him counter, and boom, he can be put to sleep.

    Couture's style is more suited to longevity. Liddell should hang them up soon.

    sadly you may be right.

    its ashame. liddell was one of the most exciting fighters to watch.

    What made Liddell so dangerous was his heavy hands combined with the fact that very few LHW could take him down, and pretty much none were able to hold him down. If he fought at HW he would get taken down, and I believe several of the top guys could keep him down. TBH it seems like age has cought up with him as well, and it's time for him to hang up his gloves instead of being a gatekeeper.
