Should Margarito be allowed in the Hall of fame after getting caught cheating?

Resto was caught after the fight when he had already beaten Collins with loaded gloves while Margarito was caught before the fight which is better because no damage done by plaster de paris ever happened to Shane. There really is uncertainty whether Marg used them or not previously but only non-evidence based assumptions. As far as Trinidad, I think he just had his hands incorrectly wrapped with tape like Kessler did and Kessler's team had to rewrap his hands.

If your love for him makes him look so humble and tiny against whoever he fights I prefer reality. Just take a look at who he calls out, he calls out anyone as smaller than him as possible. Wasn't he on a tour around the world celebrating his very first major victory his entire career after beating Cotto cracking jokes at DLH for fighting Pacquiao, how isn't he nearly sucking Pacquiao's dick for a fight?, surely you will claim Pacquiao is bigger than him? . And he's also welcoming Cotto for a rematch, why doesn't he ask to give Martinez a rematch?, he loves to give rematches to guys he beat but does he EVER plan to rematch someone that beat him or PLANNED to?. I believe Paul Williams, who beat him, is in the division he's in, why call out Cotto, Pacquiao and anyone as smaller than him as possible?. He is shameless and a cheating loser and sadly it looks like anyone supports him goes WAY lower.
