Why is that illegal in NY?

 

I have no idea why its illegal in NY but it is, much like the **** Floyd has been using the pain killers, its illegal in Texas but not anywhere else every commisson is a little bit different regarding their own set of rules.

For Example in Europe if an American fighter is to go over there, he has to knock out the man he is fighting to get a draw dont ask me why its just the way it is

it was also illegal in California for a while, the idea was that if you put tape first then gauze then tape again you can form a rock like wrap, which isnt exactly true, The tape over the skin IMO is a better way to better protect your hands it provides more support to the bones.

I have no idea why NY still has that as illegal but hey its boxing.

Nazim did not state he was using three times the amount he was using larger tape bro it was about 2 or 3 inch tape which your only allowed to use one inch tape.

The commissons findings were obviously not enough to convict Margarito in a court of law, so I think its best you rely on the out come, if it were plaster paris he would be in jail
