He needs to go into this fight with some kind of confidence.

The fight should be on as scheduled this summer, but Margo needs to get some sort of win like he did after Williams or he will go into the Cotto rematch mentally destroyed.

Put him in with Baldomir this April or something.

Yes, that's if Margarita isn't suspended by then.

Let's see what actions they take against him for the cheating incident and then we'll talk.

Cotto had enough balls to ask for an immediate rematch and although I agree with Boom Boom for a tune-up...I DEFINITELY think there should be a rematch...

Cotto needs to avenge the loss and in emphatic fashion...

If Cotto had enough balls to ask for an immediate rematch why didn't it happen?

I don't quite follow you. You must be trying to say something else.

Good question. After this recent devastating loss, he should fight a tune-up to see where he stands both mentally and physically.

I'm glad there wasn't an immediate rematch against Cotto. Now they caught him cheating and on top of that got owned by a 37 year old fighter.

He has no other choice, both guys need each other right now. Cotto needs to avenge that loss regardless of the one-sided ass whopping Mosley delivered and Margarito needs to redeem his self and a big fight with Cotto is the way to go, it definitely WON'T be on PPV that's for sure.

Let's just hope Cotto wins his "tune-up" next and doesn't screw up too.

One way or another, he doesn't have a choice. He doesn't call the shots, his promoter does. If Arum tells him to jump off of a bridge, he'll have to jump or get sued.

Personally, I don't know how much Margarito needs to get hit with Cotto's combinations again this soon after being knocked out for the first time in his life. Margarito has been getting his ass whipped by everybody for years. People talk about Lujan's ear - Lujan was beating the **** out of Margarito too. Clottey, Diaz - you name it. Margarito is a walking time bomb with very little time left on the clock.

This isn't like Holyfield fighting C grade Heavyweights. Margarito has been getting smashed in the face hundreds of times every fight by top athletes. Since he was 15.

He wanted immediate redemption, but Arum said no...he gave him Jennings instead...
