Should Margarito still fight?

Hard to say. If it was his eye which kept him a little cautious and prevented him from doing what he wanted then he should retire. I do think Cotto fought better and improved from the last time. We have to see how Margarito does with his next opponent. If he can still fight well in future months and years then this looks like a better win for Cotto. If Margarito can win a title someday then Cotto has a legit win here.

 

He can't go on because his style is unforgiven with that eye of his. He is a pressure fighter and his tactics are to wear his opponents down, and that means taking damage. That eye will haunt him every fight from now on. Pacquiao ruined the guy.

 

Not with his skill and especially that eye. Guy never had "it" anyways. Just illegal gloves is all. WHo did he beat? seriously.

I think he should have 1 more fight w/ somebody not in the big picture anymore like Mayorga that will clown him, beat him up, and then hopefully we never see/hear from him again.
