if margo was still a formidable opponent he would have been competitive against anyone in the last 2 years. this just isn't true. we can't keep living off the cotto victory, that was agaes ago now and he has done naff all since

in your post you just diminished the Mosley loss as Margarito being out of shape, but made the Pacman loss look great for Manny. Shane beat a better Margarito than Pacman did. Pacman is a great fighter, but he needs Mayweather to prove he has not handpicked his last 5 opponents, who were good but not near what Manny is.

And yes Margarito should retire or at least take a one year break. Manny Steward always said the key to lasting in boxing is when you are knocked out, take a 6 month break, which then rests the body and heals everything which was damaged.

:patsch Come on man, you cant be serious with this...What if he would have entered the ring and actually killed somebody??? How can you imply that its not a big deal and its being blown out of proportion when offenses like this that needs to be addressed???

i like how people now diminish the mosley win. when that was seen as an absolutely huge upset.

He shouldn't retire yet. He was outclassed by Pac. Pac is # 1 p4p so there is nothing to be ashamed of. He should fight Cotto to settle his issues once and for all.

I honestly would rather see Mosley vs Margarito at 154 to see if Margaritos claim regarding the weight was an issue.

Yes any fighter who loses or takes punches should retire. This sport is about not getting hit at all or losing.

Any fighter who puts an illegal substance in their handwraps should have their licence revoked. This sport is not about not getting caught at all while cheating.

Exactly, thats why I'm having a hard time understanding why people think the Hand wrap situation is something that should get swept under the rug!

Margorito can take a punch, thats a no brainer there...If he would have actually got a chance to use them, he would have cause some serious damage.:-(

    Its ****ing crazy homie!
