should marquez-mayweather be cancelled?

Let's see Guzman, Ronaldo Reyes, Valero, and Katsidis. There are alot of boxers that can give him a hell of a fight (except Valero :hey:yep). Fighting them is better than fighting Gayweather.

hmm says... too much time and money has already been invested......... this will be a big flop if it completely cancels.. not a good showing for the sport of boxing. Then of course we'll hear ppl like Dana White criticize how awful a job promoting is in boxing.

I feel bad for JMM if it gets cancelled. He has been lifting weights and putting on some bulk for that fight. He might as well just fight Sugar Shane at WW in Aug or Sept.

 

Id like to see Mayweather fight Pac, Cotto, then Shane. I've always thought he has what it takes to UD Shane (116-112) and the Cotto that fought Clottey would get raped by Floyd.

it should be. this is totally ridiculous fight for floyd from the start. fighting a 135 champ at his weight or close to it. though i think jmm deserves a payday, it would be better if floyd heals those rib injury fast and fight shane asap.

 

That's what he has to do anyway since he plans to fight Pac at the weight, it's best to take on anyone there risky or not to test his self if this fight gets canceled and that's what I think he will do. If the Pac fight happens it happens there so he's better off having a fight there than a pointless one with Valero at 135.

 

Not sure about that one but he wants a third fight because it's the biggest and most important for him now, legacy and money. The man is 35 he doesn't have time to waste proving his self fighting others for peanuts at this stage and will only accept major fights.

 

Wheter you like or not, CANCELLATION is how that fight will end! No money for that fight, unless they want it free on HBO and gates are all open. Nobody wants to see so called BOXERS running around the ring! I'll touch you, you touch me and we'll end it with SD OR DRAW. :hat

 

It should happen. It should be shown in free tv. This is supposed to be Floyd's tune up fight before he fights Pac.
