No, he should heal up and cash out on whatever big fight he can get.

Macklin, Murray, Barker and all those guys on a similar level should fight EACH OTHER.

    That's what should happen.

He is signed to fight Macklin next, but Murray pretty much sits atop the WBA's rankings. They need to order that match pronto, especially after how Martin Murray just performed going into Sergio's den.

The funny thing is I don't think Murray would beat Macklin or Barker even though he did better than either against Martinez. Murray looked better than he actually is due to Matinez' age and obvious decline.

  4. It boggles my mind how confused you guys in here are all the time. GGG fights next month and will probably fight three months after that. What does it matter if GGG fights next month, and Murray fights him for Murray's next fight? Please all of you quit trying to figure out who can fight who, almost all of you sound ******ed, not all fighters belong to hbo or showtime, stop assuming if you saw a guy on hbo he can only fight on hbo. Murray and ggg don't have to fight on hbo, they are not promoted by de la hoya or Arum
Not with Haymon. Yes hbo loves ggg but GGG can fight anywhere he wants.

For Sergio's financial sake, he shouldn't...

For his reputation and legacy, as well as for the matter of deserving, he should.
