Should Mayweather have been DQ'd against Ortiz?

All bets were off when Ortiz tried to headbutt him.

No need to keep a fighter that dirty around..no telling what else he had up his evil sleeve.

 

After the headbutt the ref talks to Ortiz tells him what are u doing you can't do that. Takes a point from Ortiz then motions to fight let's go. The ref was distracted by the ring side people but Ortiz was in kiss and makeup mode. It's not the refs faul for Ortiz's not paying attention. Ref says to fight and you touch gloves it's fight time. I don't find what mayweather did in the wrong, unsportsman like, yeah but not wrong. Ortiz started it and Floyd was looking to get back, Ortiz had it coming.

 

I wonder what Duran would have done to Ortiz after that headbutt and fake make-up attempt.

He would be praise for "sucker punching" Ortiz.

 

There's a difference from letting your opponent run into your forearm than leading with your elbows when your pushing off on your opponents face.:roll:

 

Ortiz was frustrated because Floyd was whipping his ass. What if Floyd's eye or head had swelled up? Floyd exacted revenge.
