The NSAC didn't approve of this method of dehydration so close to the fight...but if it was allowed by the NSAC in the past, and USADA cleared him of any failed tests, you can't overturn a fight. Floyd's punishment is that the fans spoke and that he had to explain himself to the fans.

 

If Manny, under breach of contract, was loading up 750ml of saline/vitamins via IV, which is a known method for masking PEDs and thus illegal under WADA, you would be "good" with that? I find that really difficult to believe.

Please source this. I feel like you are continually mixing up USADA and NSAC in your posts. Bennett from NSAC, in the LA Times piece today, did not suggest this at all. In fact he said it should never have happened and the USADA was wrong in how they handled it.
