    You've been confusing the facts on this point for some time. At least to my understanding, Pac asked the USADA if the shot was permitted, but didn't actually notify the NSAC. But I could care less.

    Floyd and Pacquiao are both cancers on the sport of boxing, and the sooner those 2 low lives exit the sport, the better.

    There was no USADA back then. Thus no issue regarding the CODE. Afaik, NSAC allows IV use, just not after weigh-in w/o an exemption.

    OMG I missed that. So USADA according to their statement say Mayweather requested a TUE before the IV was taken and then went the extra step of requesting a second TUE! Whoever came up with that statement is going to get fired.

    I don't know when he applied for the TUE. According to the USADA statement, he informed USADA of his intentions before the iv administration but did not receive the TUE until after the fight.
