Should McDermott replace Chambers in the Olympics?

Dwain "Three balls" Chambers has lost his appeal to go to the olympics so we need someone to fill his place. Chambers was an outside bet at a place in the final but would have been lucky with a semi final place, obviously with credentials like that he was our best hope at the 100m. Our next few competitors are slow and will embarrass the country so why not just plump for a kid with outstanding natural physical appearance and who can also run the 100m in 11seconds flat. He is not too much differant in pace to our current guys who will be lining up in Beijing so I really think the selection commity should pick John McDermott to fly out and show the world what he can do.

Theres not a prayer on this Earth can run 100m in 11secs the fat ****!! I consider myself to be a good sprinter and I my PB is 12.5 secs. And I dont have 3extra stone knocking around my gut!

its not that unbelievable. When my mate was thirteen he could do the 100 in 11.54 seconds and he would do know training, wouldn't wear spikes and would just show up at school competitions in a pair of tracky bottoms and win the race. To be fair at that age he was about as developed as a boy a few years older but still i dont see it as being unbelievable that big john could do this too.

He could do with losing the odd pound here and there but apart from that he is a supreme athelete.

An obese supreme athlete. Looks like those whales down at McDonalds are okay after all.

With abit of spray on tan he would be a mirror image of David Haye.

Only if that spray tan included a free gastric bypass.
