There are so many undeserving fighters in the HOF, that Naseem should have no problem getting inducted as his resume is HOF worthy stuff....

Out of curiosity who would you mark down as such?

I think myself there are 1 or 2 perhaps British fighters in there undeserving as there are better whom havent been inducted.

Absolutely not. He was all hype and is one of the if not THE most overrated fighter of his era.

    Dunno.

He should be in the Hall of Funky, Entertaining Skills though.

Edit: And, in all fairness, the Hall of ****ing Ridiculous Ring Walks.

I do not think he was all-hype, he beat some good fighters. The one huge drag on his career is quiting after losing his first fight. (yes I know he fought once more, but it was a joke). If he would have came back and won some more fights, even lose a few, it would make his legacy greater.. he chose to quit.

Yes I think he should get in, he was a fantastic fighter. It's crazy how underrated he has become but that's partially Hamed's fault for retiring so soon after the Barrera loss.

Yes, and it shouldn't even be up for debate given the low entry standards, and the fact there are already fighters in the HOF who were nowhere near as FAMOUS and achived nowhere near as much as Hamed did.

Seriously, the only case for Hamed not being in the HOF is "I don't like him, so he shouldn't be in there".

And that was the last we heard of him , here is my view :

    Over rated
    Well Matched
    Cherry picked opponents
    Over hyped
    Chinny
And last but not least Gutless !!!!!!

Very true, Benny. He's also underrated because people got sick of his arrogance and crazy antics, but what he accomplished in the ring is undeniable. Plus, he was "must see" TV when he fought. People who liked him tuned in to see him score a spectacular KO and those how hated him tuned in hoping to see him get crushed.

chinny? he was never on his arse more than 2 seconds his entire career, and when he did go down it was because he was off balance.

    chinny=bollox!

I think he will get in the Hall of Fame but he is not an all time great. He only fought one great fighter and he lost. He retired soon after that. How great he could have been will never be known.
