Born Christopher Livingstone Eubanks. His brothers also fought under the name Eubanks.

I'm guessing he just dropped the s because of his lisp.

Even tho Eubank beat both Watson and Benn I still think Benn achieved more. I don't think Eubank did quite enough to get in to HOF as after Watson he was never mentally able to go to that next level like Benn

Definately a Hall of Famer...along with Eubank...his wars alone with other world class boxers show that he deserves to be there...
If you go onto the streets of Britain and asked who he was nearly every man and his dog would tell you they use to love watching him fight...
Can you imagine if he had fought julian jackson ??

You'll have to excuse me bumping a year-old thread but I've just been reading "War, Baby" and I was browsing the web and this thread came up.

I'm surprised that Benn hasn't been inducted, or that people would argue that he shouldn't be. Perhaps Collins and Eubank fall short (Remember all of Eubank's awful WBO defences and even worse judging decisions -yes, you can argue that the Watson fight damaged him mentally) but not the Dark Destoyer. Don't get me started on the Eubank rematch!

Benn's "knockout" loss to Watson was bs. Fastest count I ever saw.

Yep it was originally Eubanks but for some reason he changed it later on to just Eubank.

And both Benn and Eubanks belong in the Hall of fame.
