Well, if there is enough interest in something like this, then maybe we can run a poll to pick a fight. One factor may be availability. Perhaps work out a deal to get copies reasonable/free (older fight might work best) so we can get people legal copies to work from.

Who decides who is a horrible or biased judge? And what would stop someone from bribing the people who decides who's a horrible or biased judge? No matter how you look at it, there's always going to be some form of corruption.

Like stated in another thread, Doug Tucker's name popped up due to his 120-108 Navarro score in the Mijares fight. The Doug Tucker score was not a mistake, he really defended himself on the Navarro 120-108 score when in question. This is ridiculous and unfair to the winner to have such a failure by way of scoring on the winner's record.

Doug Tucker needs to be stripped immediatley, but do lesser evil's who aren't as bad, but still perform routine incompetence be suspended or stripped accordingly?

And another post who goes by the name 'BlueApollo' brought up that judges need to go through a training or education program and get throughly tested and certified before even allowing to judge a fight. It is a crying shame that experienced fans are often clearer about scoring a bout than some of the scores that get read to us disgracefully. Scores should also be investigated if suspect and reversed under universal vote, such as the Navarro score and going back a bit, Chavez vs. Whitaker and penalities should be harsh, such as holding their payment for judging the fight.

Boxing fans should be more ardent about the issue, it's ****ing with our favourite sport's combatant's lively hood here. It's a form of theft.:deal

He also had TOS beating Wlad and scored JMM-Barrera a shutout. He shouldnt only be stripped of his license but be stuck in jail and raped for life.

What can actually be done about guys like him? Even if we were to amass a huge petition, collecting signatures on every major boxing site, how much notice would be taken by the commissions?

Only hardcore boxing fans pay attention to such things. But seriously, he's the worst ****ing judge of all time and that's saying something.

Two explanations for his Navarro score -

A) Totally incompetent

B) Paid off, as plenty of betting lines have 'Split Decision' specific picks and they run some serious numbers in the way of 10-1 for specific decision types.

That's all.

But he's not the only problem, incompetence is a major issue, as subjectivity is very minute all in all with scoring a fight.
