I know Oscar has retired but Shane was nice enough to spar with him in the build up to his fight with Floyd.

Oscar had the Mayweather defence down pretty well and could have helped Shane practice breaching it plus he gave Money May a nightmare for the first seven rounds before being solved.

Could he have helped or is he too far gone and does anyone know who Shane is sparring for this fight?

shane should spar judah.... even though they were suppose to have that fight that never happened.

i got a shirt that has them both on it with a date.. people tell me that they thought the fight never happened and what was the outcome.... great promotional shirt

Southpaw but would help prepare him for Floyd's speed at least!

Mosley v Judah would have been great but if Zab loses his balance in the shower what would a Mosley right hook have done? lol:lol:

Oscar's skills have diminished significantly to be a viable training partner, Steve Forbes might be a better route to pursue or Devon Alexander though Alexander most likely wouldn't help Shane as he is friends with Mayweather.

Judah would be a great sparring partner. Too bad Oba Carr was not in his prime, he would have been a good sparring partner to get ready for Floyd.

Judah would be a better choice. Oscar isn't active right now plus he fights nothing like Mayweather.

Oscar can't do the philly shell right as shown in the Vargas fight everytime he tried to do that he got tagged with right hands. Shane might have some good sparring with Forbes but thats pretty much it.

I thought he used it effectively in the first round and at other stages in the fight! He slipped several Vargas rights while utilizing that defence!

i dont think there is anyone good enough to help anyone fighting floyd....sorry...certain people are kinda comparable but for the most part i think this is what makes floyd hard to beat

Forbes also trains with the Mayweathers so I don't think he would do it.

JMM also had problems finding good sparring partners for Floyd.
