How many more big chances and fights does this guy have to blow before you guys realize he hasnt had it for awhile and never will again.
How many more times does this guy have to come up short before you realize he is not going to get it done.

PBF v DLH #1 did it for me the guy ran out of gas at crunch time. Im done with this guys act.

last meaningful fight this guy won was beating a Tito Retread in Mayorga.

Oscar needs to stay at 154 or retire.. He is ****ing up what could be a magical year for the welterweight division..He is one greedy selfish individual..I can't see how anybody can root for this snake

From his standpoint, I say no. He can still make ridiculous amounts of money, command an audience, get fights with the big names in the sport, and fight competitive with them.

From my standpoint, I want him out, or at least out until Mayweather-Cotto is made.

Not stay out but stop preventing the fights that the fans by taking on the elite fighters and simply losing to them. I mean care a little about your legacy instead of just money.

you can't really blame Oscar for wanting a re-match. Afterall, it is not unusual for a split decision to result in one. However, I agree with the poster who said he ought to clean out his own division.

Oh hell no, don't blame Oscar. He's the Golden One, the wonderful guy who works his ass off cleaning up the corruption in boxing. And don't blame him for dressing up like a *** and having his ass whacked with a transvestite riding on top of him saying "giddyup goldie". Hell don't blame him for putting the division in disarray by paying millions to get the fights others certainly deserve. No don't blame him for being the greediest **** in boxing. Don't blame him for putting on sparring exhibitions lately and charging 59.95 to see those wicked pitty-pat flurries. Don't blame him for showing absolutely nothing after the 8th round. **** he's Mr. wonderful, he's Oscar DeLa Hoya, the Golden Boy, the nuthuggers dream!
