Floyd, Mosley, Bradley, cotto/foreman winner, maybe PW. After that, there is absolutely no reason to carry on fighting on...but I suppose he could carry on just because he feels like it.

You dont see how much more difficult both stylewise & talent wise that FM is for MP than either Cotto or Hatton ?... really ?

And you dont think every **** in MPs team - MP included - knows this too ?

C`mon... Cotto & Hatton were very good fighters & fantastic victories but their styles allow MP to go thru his entire arsenal of weapons, FMs does not, not by a long shot.

Of course those wins were brilliant but he DID eventually sign to fight them after the usual drama... he got off like a shot when it came to facing FM & in particular, a style that doesnt suit him too well... that to me is cherry picking.

I hope he corrects this by signing to fight FM but I highly doubt it, I dont think he ever wanted to fight FM tbh.

floyd can have the fight if they just make the standard testing of NSAC or took the 24-day cutoff. floyd easily has more of case of not wanting this fight by demanding these blood tests even after saying that pac is an easy fight.

Pac's normal weight is aroud mid 150s. Pac tried to get the second fight with Marquez at 135 which did not happen. After struggling to make 130 on that fight 2 years ago, Pac rehydrated to 146, and the sluggishness showed. Even after fighting David Diaz, Pac said it was a struggle to make 135. LMAO at all these people saying Pac mysteriously gained 20 lbs of pure muscle in 1 year. Truth is he just stopped cutting weight, something Floyd had been doing all along.

If Pac agreed to everything Void wanted him to Void would still refuse to fight him. It's not about the testing, it's about Void's fear.

I think it's safe to say all REAL boxing fans would like to see him continue fighting forever, he is THE MAIN guy in boxing right now and active unlike others who become inactive after reaching the top.

If he won't be distracted with all the political stuff he's trying to get into then sure but if he will be distracted and might risk his position then he shouldn't.

Pac and FMJ will eventually fight one another. There's too much money on the table to avoid it forever. Pac is not afraid to fight anyone. He lives by the sword, and will die by it. He is a true warrior through and through.

Getting back to my original question. I think Pac will continue fighting after this year. If someone shoved $30 or $40 million offer in front of you, it's really hard to say "No". He'll never make that in Philippine politics. Of course Pac should be most concerned about his health, and enjoying what he has accomplished, but I think he can fight until next year or even the year after that. He just turned 31 last month, and hasn't suffered much in his fights thank goodness. So he's still in his prime.

Pacquiao versus Valero, Malignaggi, Margarito, Sugar Shane, Ortiz, Maidana, etc....

I like to have him in 2011 with any of these superb boxers.

just like how he cherrypicked Barrera, Marquez, Morales, Cotto etc, and you call Pacfans dumbasses. Yeah okay.

As for Floyd. Standard contract gets the fight done. Standard contract=not good enough for Floyd. Floyd requests olympic testing. Pac agrees but only if there's a cut off period to the tests. Should Pac have just agreed to do the tests? In my opinion, yes. However, do not place all the blame for this fight not happening on Pacquiao. Floyd requested something he'd never requested for any of his previous opponents so it shows he wasn't all that keen. Both fighters played their part in messing up negotiations but most of the blame lies with Floyd. Like I said, standard drug testing terms gets the fight signed. You know, the terms that all other boxers go through? That's not good enough for Floyd, but only when Pacquiao is the opponent. Not to mention the fact that Floyd is the one who has a history of cherry picking opponents. If you think Pacquiao was the reason for this fight not getting done, you're delusional.

As for the question. If he beats Clottey, he must fight the winner of Floyd/Mosely (if that fight actually happens). If it doesn't, he should fight them both. IF he wins that/those fight/fights, and it is a big IF, fight Paul Williams if he can still make welter. If Pac losses to Clottey...that would be a big party spoiler and with Pac closer to the end of his career than the start, I'm not sure if there would be a way back for him to get to the top of the sport again.
