Pac gets full credit and then some from me. He just jumped up two divisions (three in one year) and utterly humiliated a guy in a Vitali-Peter manner who is the only fighter in history to have won belts in 6 different weight classes.

Pac embarrassed Oscar in a way I still can't believe. It reminds me of Calzaghe-RJJ. No one else but Calzaghe could have made Roy look that bad, and the same is true for Pac with ODLH. Oscar is, of course, faded, but it's Pacquiao's tremendous speed and ability that made ODLH look like a no-hoper clubfighter.

So what if he was weight drained? Where are the poll results? I wanna see them....
If i agree with you that hoya was shot would it change the notion "pac does not deserve full credit?" What do you think?

why wouldn't some calzaghe fans just give pac the credit he deserves? would painting dela hoya more shot than jones makes calzaghe the p4p king?

Pac went up 2 divisions higher. If you care to remember, he started at 108 division. He's now in the league of Duran and Armstrong. He should be given a big credit for fighting what seemed to be unbeatable.

Self kill you're shooting your own foot.
You said you agree pac deserves full credit in the thread i created.
But it seems you agree to this thread starter that pac should only get limited credit?
What ? Is your true colors showing already self???

No, his win over DLH was impressive since he was an underdog and DLH had all the advantages in this fight.

The fundmental difference here was Jones showed weakness's and signs of being shot by getting ktfo bk 2 bk. Seeing this Calzaghe suddenly got brave and STILL went after Jones. Manny a Former 106lbs fighter beat a DLH who just a year and a half ago took PBF the distance. Manny OWNED DLH a man who has fought and 'won' a belt at middleweight. Manny was HUGE underdog......im no *******, in fact i disliked him at one point for beating Morales but be a man and GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDITS DUE.

P.S Based on this performance Pac man is on another to Calzaghe in terms of skill level.

I predicted a loss for Manny based on the fact that he was the smaller fighter. However, I do not agree that DLH age should take away from what Manny has accomplished.

De La Hoya got his just deserts as far as I am concerned. He picked Manny because he thought it would be easier to beat up on a smaller guy. That he got beat up on by the smaller guys is poetic justice, don't you think?

People called DLH-PAc a circus cos DLH was that much of a favorite to the experts. People called RJJ-Joe a circus cos everyone knew RJJ has been shot for ages and Joe was a heavy favorite.

DLH record is Win TKO over Mayorga. SD loss to PBF. Wide UD win over Forbes (Who also gave Berto a tough fight). Hardly comparable to RJJ being KTFO by Tarver & Johnson. Could you imagine RJJ giving a p4p #1 around his weight class all that trouble to get an SD? Well thats what Oscar did with PBF...

Trampie really just wanted to hit me after i made the thread "should pac get complete credit?" (look at his thread title) and it's evident he is a calzaghe fan!
Is it because i said pac deserves the p4p1 better than joe? Or the fact that pac was way better beating a "shot and old" hoya by tko than calzaghe beating an "old and shot b-hop and rjj by ud?
Or the fact that i made a thread "who is more exciting to watch of the two: pac or joe c"?
    Which is which trampie???
