    Its a "paper Title" aint it? wont be long before someone has to pay a sanctioning fee for it i suppose :)

    I think yes. He won that belt in may 2009 its already march 2010 with the election in May 2010 there's no way he'll defend it before at least August. Therefore, he's just holding on to it for nothing. Let Devon Alexander and Tim Bradley fight for it.

    Yes. I think it's quite greedy keeping hold of a title for another division when your not even campaigning in it anymore. Vacate it and let someone else try for it.
