Both Berto and Ortiz came in under 147 but that dose not mean there was a catchweight. Boxers can com in just shy of the limit that dose not mean there was a catchweight. If Berto/Ortiz was fought at a catchweight I'd have to change my view. However I need to see a relieable link saying it was so.
