    Pac won the Welter Weight title at 145 vs Cotto, therefore I can not consider Pacquiao the WBO Welter Weight Champion unless someone comes up with a reliable link that disproves the 145 Catchweight.

    browse this thread more and you will see why i asked ripcity if he thinks ortiz is a valid WBC champ. i just want to see his consistency and he is. i don't necessarily agree with him though.

    do you actually have the same opinion with ripcity or just taking the ****?
