he shouldn't get rid of him but he should make him an asisstant trainer because with a world class trainer i think his style would be more dynamic, and if he does lose his next big fight than he should seriously consider this

Pavlik is a stalker. He's not a slick boxer, a defensive wizard, or boxer-puncher with fast hands and feet. He'a heavy handed stalker that is very, very good at applying intelligent pressure. He is also a KO fighter, not a distance fighter. He's extremely good at what he does, so you don't want to make major changes.

I'm not sure Jack Leow has the knowledge to teach Kelly the kind of refinements he needs at this point. Jack raised Kelly from a 9 year old buy to one of the most dangerous champions in the sport, and that makes a hell of a good story. However, I've seen two fights where Kelly went out and closed the show rather quickly by doing exactly what his corner told him to. The instructions came from Miguel Diaz, not Jack Leow.

Kelly lets his feet get to far apart and winds up out of position. He falls in behind the right hand sometimes. The only time he uses lateral movement is to keep an opponent trapped, and he's real good at that, but he needs to use a lot more in the middle of the ring. Kelly has a left hook that could take a guys head off, but he rarely uses it except after an opponent is in trouble. KP also has a lead right that must have been forged in the pit of hell, but he rarely uses it. Kelly needs to learn to correct these problems, and take better advantage of certain assets. It seems like if Jack Leow was ever going to work Kelly through these problems, he would have done it by now. Cameron dunkin should demand that Jack Leow take on an exerienced partner.
