Should pavlik stay at 160 or go to 168

He strulged against Taylor in a fight that a fair amount of people thought Taylor won, and he was beaten by Hopkins.
I understand that he is tall and in theory could grow into a lightheavy, cruser or even heavyweight. However His highth is misleading and he is best served if he spends his entire career or at least as much of it as possible at 160.
