    How is Pacquaio any less a PED cheat than his daddy Marquez?

    Marquez asked for testing leading up to the 4th fight and Pacquaio straight up refused.

    from what i remember from some articles written back then, arum was afraid that jmm would likely test positive and the fight might get cancelled.

    Pac turned down a 50-50 fight with Floyd over testing. That's more than enough proof for me to believe that the man was on something. You named boxers who didn't even fail testing lmao...

    Why do you think that Atlas, Malignaggi, a bunch of trainers, and some big name boxers tripped out when they heard that Manny turned down potentially making 100+ for ther fight?
