Should Rigo now enter the top 10 p4p list?

I have him at #3, Larry. It was never a matter of skills, only the validation of opposition. Sure, it's ONE fight, but I rate the former that highly. It'll be hard for anyone to top this performance as the Win of the Decade.

 

I put him at 5 just because I value consistency which Mayweather, Ward, Martinez and Marquez have shown.

 

He should at least cracks evryones top 10. He beat a top 5 fighter easily. I got him top 5.

 

I think he can reasonably be 6-10. Can't see him higher or lower.

Well, Donaire has earned his ranking by already climbing up 4 weight classes and won a title on all of it. He nearly cleaned house at 122 also.

Rigo can still make it higher by keeping that title or assaulting 126 and beating Garcia or someone close in caliber. That would make him number 2-3.

 

If he beats Garcia, he's absolutely #1 for me. That would be insane. He's pretty much maxed out at 122 and would be better off staying there.

 

If he beats Garcia Rigo will solidify himself as one of the greatest fighters south of lightweight. That **** would be insane. In under 15 fights? Are you kidding me? ****

Woah people singing a new tune now. Up until this fight Amateur boxing and Pro boxing are two different worlds, Amateur boxing doesnt prepare you for Pro boxing. What happened??

I honestly want him to take it against better judgment to stay at 122, because I know he's capable of doing it. Garcia was phenomenal against Salido sans the anti-climactic ending and currently sits atop the featherweight division. The size advantage would be significant once again. He'd be locked in at the top.

 

I think he hits it at 9 or 10. No argument there.
