Tony Mundine rates him highly. Anthony Mundine rates him highly. He just beat Botha. He could go far if he walked in the footsteps of Mundine. He is a naturally gifted athlete and in a few years would be a force in heavyweight boxing. You can't realistically be a part timer in this sport though.

Only if he fully separates himself from the Mundine, Nasser circus which makes a mockery of our sport. Since that's not going to happen, he should stick with league.

Botha wasn't robbed. You must be thinking of Mundine.

I think having a prime athlete honing his skills as a heavyweight would be a major positive for boxing when you consider how many young kids want to do other sports over boxing.

SBW has all of the natural tools to be a good fighter, he just needs to build on his current skills day in and day out.

PED user Botha lost the decision, yes he won the 10th big but SBW outboxed him.

I personally don't think he has the power to be a threat on the HW scene, full time or not.

He'd give all our Aussie heavyweights in a couple of years a beating if he did it full time! But he will still fall short of the world stage! Would not last long against the top heavyweights !

Pfft, one decent shot on that square chin of his and he'd be down for the count, he was rocked by a 90 year old out of shape Botha FFS, and you think he could take on actual ranked HW's?

I think Sonny got a reality check in the 9th and 10th rounds of his last fight. I would be surprised if he fights again. The guy is a multi and he needs boxing like he needs a third armpit.

He should give Botha the rematch he deserves.

LOL. Botha was definitely robbed. Fat, shot to pieces toyed with and show absolutely ZERO respect to SBW. He was having a great time in there while SBW was going through hell.
