If there's a proven and diagnosed injury, as well as a report of a doctor telling him that he should take some time off and pull out of the tournament, than no. Same as Kessler. It's not Kessler's fault that he had to pull out of the tournament. If Dirrell has an actual medical reason to pull out of the tournament, than they should not sue him. If not, then they totally should sue him.
Thanks for your input. A man who has had 19 pro fights and god knows how many as an amateur has "some neurological problems" and you're able to pick out the cause. Wow, I'm glad we have a neurologist on the boards who has be frequently examining Andre Dirrell. Unless of course you aren't a neurologist and you haven't been examining Andre Dirrell, in which case you should probably keep you irresponsible assumptions to yourself.
I guess the bright side of this is that now King Arthur has retired two fighters in the biggest tournament in boxing. Forget points, he is eliminationg the competition! I have officially jumped ship from dirrell to the Abraham bandwagon! Lol, just kidding about jumping ship but you have to appreciate Abraham's warrior mantality and the results of that.
Dirrell has already disgraced the sport with his appalling antics in the Froch fight, and that's nothwithstanding the doubts that remain over the AA fight. If he really is injured then obviously fair enough, but along with the above, this withdrawal doesn't look good
