Should Solis also appeal his TKO/injury loss to Vitaly?

I know that Solis TKO/injury loss was controversial to many of you but not to me. In these days that bad decisions are being over ruled examples; Hopkins~Dawson and now Khan-Peterson also looking to over turn his loss. Should Odlanier also appeal his injury loss to a no-contest since he was really hurt? "

I would If I was him, Solis doesn't deserve to have that loss in his record! :-(

The **** he doesn't. Tubby didn't take training seriously, got wobbled by a shot to the head, and blew his knee out trying to stop himself from tasting canvas.

The punch caused him to go down, his fat ass and gut caused his knee to blow out on the way down. Legit KO by Vitali, and a deserved KO of his knee by his gut.

Khan has much of a chance at beating Kell Brook at getting the decision overturned. None.

    Yeah SOLIS should appeal.

He should appeal against whale hunting because he's next.

neither a dodgy ref or decision or and wrestling move had anything to do with solis getting counted out..he got tagged on the temple his legs turned to jelly and hurt his knee on the way down..you can clearly see his left leg is unstable when he trys to get back up..bambi on ice comes to mind..solis just got caught by a temple shot nothing more nothing less

Well Solis lost about 20 pounds and came in really fit, I don't know why people say that he was out of shape. I have seen that video countless of times and Vitaly's punch just nipped the top of his head and then he fell. His knee bent sideways and he couldn't get up. It should have been a no-contest to make it fair and give Solis his rematch!

Seriously... at what point do you think Vitali made a unintentional foul in that fight? (reason for overturning the B-Hop/Dawson bout)

What temple shot? The only thing I saw was Vitaly's punch slightly touching the top of his head! That's not enough to go down like that, Solis fought Felix Savon 3 times and was never knocked down or out and Savon was a monster puncher!

That proves to me that he was really injured, I think he had a bad injury from the past and unluckily for him that was the time that revealed itself. :verysad

I agree that he was in the best shape of his professional career but he should ideally hover around 230 if he's really serious about beating world class HWs and not just collecting paychecks.

It was just a freak injury, should have been a NC & a rematch.

Vitali's reaction was very poor form imo

If Dawson could have his win overturned, sure.

Right on! Vitaly acted like an ass, I just wish he doesn't retire and give Solis his due rematch!

No. If your body can't support your weight, you are not in shape. There wasn't some odd angle that blew out that knee. The mere act of trying to keep his own overweight body from going down did it. That is not in shape, that is grossly overweight.

The man was there to challenege for "His Dream" of becoming HW Champ. That means he should have come in at tip top phsical/mental shape. He came fat and ready to collect a paycheck. A paycheck that clearly was going to be used to pay off his tab at his local Burger King.

****, at least Crystobal's body can handle his excessive weight. You want to fight fat, fine. But make sure its a fatty fatness that your body can handle.

And again, a punch caused his legs to give out, thus the KO. A real fighter would do the roadwork so they can stop from going down or at least get up. Soils clearly didn't.
