Should the British Boxing Board of Control Now Enforce UKAD-Standard Testing?

With the current boxing drug testing procedures being a hot topic recently, I thought it may be interesting to gauge everyone's opinion(s) on this subject. It has been reported through various media outlets that the current protocols for testing for various PEDs in boxing in the UK do not comply with standards used in many premier professional other sports. The question is simple: Is it about time the BBBofC introduced UKAD-standard testing for all Area, Cetic, English and British titles fights?

IMO, boxing's participants and fans deserve to know if competitors are competiting on an even playing field; it is simply not fair on the dedicated professionals who work so hard for success in one of the toughest of all sports to be cheated by anyone seeking an unfair advantage. I believe it is the BBBofC's duty to start enforcing UKAD standard testing immediately; what legitimate reasons (if any) can be given for not complying with UKAD and WADA standards?

It would be interesting if enough momentum is built up for the BBBofC to make a statement on this matter. What does the average boxing fan and what do various names in the industry who post on this forum such as Steve Bunce, Frankie Gavin, Tony Bellew, Jeff Thomas, Billy Nelson et al think of current testing procedures in this country? Are they below the standard you would expect? Should we now push for a standard similar to what the Germans implement for professional boxing bouts in their country?
