Should Frank Sanchez have been DQed for hitting Ajagba when he had taken a knee?
Imo Ajagba could have done a Charlie Edwards / Dirrell and gone straight to the floor rolled around or pretended to be KOed and got a DQ win but showed he is not about that credit to him.

    No.

Punch wasn't blatantly late, at most he should have been docked a point or two and given a warning. Ajagba's knee bounced off the canvas and you should protect yourself at all times.TThe best protection you can give yourself is putting away a hurt opponent.

It's great in hindsight to say this or that but what if Ajagba bounced back up and threw a right? Could have ended the night and Sanchez wasn't taking that chance.

I thought the ref handled it well. Ajagba went down on a knee but actually bounced up and wasn't still on his knee when Sanchez hit him. Terrible fight anyway, would hate to have to see it again. Ajagba rightfully bounced to the back of the queue, long road for him now.
