Should the WBC have docked a % of Adamkes purse in his fight against Vitali?

Now i'm not 100% sure but arn't sanctioning bodies (or boxing associations of whatever country the fight is taking place in) allowed to withhold money from fighters if they deem the fighter didn't put in enough of an effort or the performance was suspect in some way?

I remember there was talk of Fraudley having a part of his purse whitheld due to the nature of his defeat against David Haye and within the same line of logic should the Polish boxing association/federation have withheld a certain amount of Adameks purse for his disgraceful 'fight' with Vitali? there's no doubting it was a most shameful effort that was made worse by Vitali blatantly carrying Adamek for a whole 9 rounds despite the fact he could have ended it in round 2 :-(

 

Well Vitali was starting to build up ring rust due to the amount of time he'd gone without a decent fight especially since his last fight ended in the first round so you can't blame him for wanting to use Adamek as a punchbag for a couple of extra rounds.

 

That hurts :verysad

 

Getting hit with a range finder jab then running for 9 rounds is worthy of a full investigation, Adamek is lucky he was fighting in his homeland or else he'd probably have had his boxing license suspended indefinitely :-(

 

I'm not doubting how poor Adamek is.
