there would be probably only two quality opponents over there as Wald and Vitaly, except them Wach and Valuev + bunch of old and fat Americans.

I guess both Vitaly and Wlad would still be able to easily dehydrate and fit the regular HW below 235lb at the weight in.

No point, the smaller heavyweights can compete with the larger ones. It's Wlad and
Vitali that are heads above everyone else and thats not solely due to size. Once their gone, there will be parity in the heavyweight division.

    I've had similar thoughts.

    I figured LHW at 182, Cruiser limit at 210. (13st and 15st)

At the end of the day though, no matter what you do with Cruiser it's always going to be the 'little Heavyweight' division and will always lose it's top talent to HW.

Nobody, but nobody ever asked for a superheavyweight division when Lennox Lewis was champion, but since The Klitschkos have dominated, the haters are all calling for a superheavyweight division. Double standard. Vlad won the gold medal in the superheavyweight division.............

No way, it would give us yet another weightclass while there are too many in the first place.

It would destroy the legacy of the Heavyweight division of being for the biggest and the best. The open weight/size limit is what made it the class of kings. A Super Cruiserweight division would be a better solution that way, but the guys who want it wouldn't like that because they want to call "their" man Heavyweight champ without having to deal with the big boys.

It would further hole out the division, wich lacks talent already. Why would anybody want to have that? (other then having cheapass "champions" from their own country).

So my answer is NO, NO, NO, NO F WAY! :bart
