people say the klits are **** and unskilled. well they are not that big, 245-250 is not that heavy. Youre saying they have this huge advantage over someone 20 pounds lighter? That Tyson never stopped anyone over 240 lbs in his prime?

If the klits are so **** then someone should be able to step up and beat them. You cant say theyre **** then say they are too good that its unfair and need their own division. Make up your minds. Guys over 240 have been around for a long time

Boytsov, Chagaev, Ibragimov, Adamek, Povetkin, could all KO Haye if they landed clean and they're all smaller than Haye.

Haye has a shitty chin even for a CW. Tough luck.

Had there been a Super Heayvweight Division.. Primo Carenra would never have lost the title to Baer. I smell a mafia conspiracy.

So long as speed and athleticism and overcome sheer size than the HW division will be 200+. In other words if a fighter like david haye gets completley dominated and outboxed by either wlad or vitali then the SHW division might be a possibility. But if he just gets sparked then that's just down to his poor chin or the Klits power. The problem i have with creating a SHW division is that it would be **** poor. You would basically have Wlad Vitali and Valuev as champs and a 'normal HW' in Haye already beat one of those guys.

absolutely. this decades seen holyfield, byrd, jones jr, toney (stripped) and haye who are all smaller men win the title, smaller faster men can still compete.

Too many divisions already, although LHW could be moved up to 185, CW up to 225 and HW 225+?

No no no, a SHW division would be filled with obese HWs. Very few HWs above 250 are natural. If it weren't for the Klitschkos, no one would consider such a thing, but oh, look at them, "they only win coz they're big". People who are delluded enough to believe that, should look down the HW rankings to see, there are quite a few dudes of this size, that don't do well at all. Most of them in fact.

The fact that Haye would get maulered, is no testimony to Klits size, but testimony to Klits boxing skills which are superior to those of Haye.

There will be like 5 people of note in it, both Klitschkos, Butterbean, Arreola, and Briggs. perhaps Toney if he keeps eating.

already too many weight divisons as it is. we just need a stronger amateur program in the US, and guide big guys towards boxing and let them know there's another sport besides basketball, and football. on a side note, i thought the heavyweight factory that i saw on espn is a big joke. there's no way these ex-football players can be a threat to people like the klicthckos who started boxing the age these football players started football. boxing is the hardest sport in the world and yet people think trainers can make a world champion or contender out of someone whose had no boxing experience even though they have a strong athlectic background. we don't expect klicthkos to try and start a career in the nfl or nbl, or mlb, and those sports are not even as hard as boxing!

The Heavyweight division's weight is unlimited, and always has been. You know, Light Heavyweight used to mean just that, "Light" Heavyweight. And then came Cruiserweight, which wasn't a bad idea in my view. The next change was adding 10 lbs. to Cruiserweight, thus bringing it to 200 lbs. So adding a Super Heavyweight division is not a good idea. Do we really need Light Heavy, Cruiser, Heavy and Super Heavy? That would make a total of 18 weight divisions. How then would we see W. Klitschko-Chambers or either Klitschko vs. David Haye?

The smaller heavyweights have proven to be able to beat the bigger guys before. Both Ruslan Chagaev and David Haye are smaller heavyweights and they are the only two guys to beat Nikolai Valuev. Evander Holyfield should have won his fight against Valuev and he too is a small heavyweight. Eddie Chambers had no trouble with Alexander Dimitrenko. These are just a few examples.

The Heavyweight division needs to be left alone. Creating a Super Heavyweight division is like raping the history of this great sport. A lot of great Heavyweight Champions of the past would be Cruiserweights by today's standards. Jack Dempsey, Gene Tunney, Rocky Marciano and Floyd Patterson just to name a few. Just because the big guys of today are more talented then at any time in the past, doesn't mean we need a new weight class. Who are the really talented Super Heavys anyway? The Klitschko brothers. Maybe Chris Arreola. Nikolai Valuev is hardly talented.

So this new division would consist of fights between the Klitschkos and Alexander Dimitrenko or perhaps Nikolai Valuev. Or we could throw Tye Fields in the mix. Or let's get Butterbean out of retirement. What mouth watering fights we have in the "Super Heavyweight division"! See what I mean?
