No but the CW division should have its limit raised to 205.

    No.

If you're the heavyweight champion, you're supposed to be able to beat anyone in the world. That's why it has always been a more valued and important title than, say, the super flyweight belt, where you only have to be able to beat people within three pounds of you (laughable).

Most of the lighter-weight champs are total cowards when it comes to fighting bigger opponents.

The heavyweight champions are the best fighters and bravest fighters in all of boxing. They always have been. They'll fight any man in the world. Not someone who has to weigh within a pound or two of their weight or they consider it an impossible task.

Wilder weighs 212. He's made eight successful title defenses. EVERYONE he's faced as a champ has outweighed him significantly.

He accepts that because he's a heavyweight.

    Guys like Holyfield did, too.

Leave the heavyweights alone. They are the only division that really matters.

There is absolutely NOTHING that can make size, ie: height reach "take a back seat" . Yes, talent has made up the difference before and will again.

For talent to make size take a back seat you'd have to be much more talented than your opponent...

If you have equally talented fighters the larger one has the ADVANTAGE.

No, if the best challengers give up size, they are still the best challengers.

Fury and Joshua are the only active "Super Heavyweights" that've done anything.

No, from 210lbs the weight does not count much. The 2016 Povetkin would have probably staggered Joshua despite the 20 pounds of differences.

Hunter outboxed the much bigger Bakole and Ustinov using superior speed and movement, something he wouldnt have been able to do if he was much bigger, as did Povetkin the first 6 rounds against Joshua using superior speed and head movement. Tyson was under 6 foot, used his compact style to his advantage and bullied much bigger guys around the ring. Different sizes bring different attributes. Look at Wilder. He prefers to be 210lbs, because he likes to be light and mobile. The different skills and sizes are what makes the heavyweight division more exciting than the rest.

How about a 'tall' class to each weight? 147 for regs, 147 tall for tall fighters. You know, because this is just about height anyway....
