Let me ask you, by fighting at 145 what does Pac gain?

You think that Cotto's weight he adds will be different?

Or do you feel that Cotto gains too much weight after the weigh in and must make it more fair for Pac?

Maybe Cotto and Pacquiao could both come to the official weigh-in with two pound lead weights in their shorts, just to make you happy? :good

At 145. Pac will be sacrificing a lot because his comfort zone is at 140 while Cotto will only cut down by 2 pounds. Actually 1 pound only because in the Cottey fight, he weighed 146. Tell me which is harder to do? Going up by 5 pounds or going down by 1 or 2 pounds?

    What's your other question?

Going up 5lbs (is easier) when on fight night you weigh above the 145/147 limit on fight night anyway.

    Losing 1-2lbs after you've already cut 10-12-15lbs.

my other question is, do you think by having this fight at 145 Cotto will any less come fight time? And do you feel this is only necessary because Cotto 10-12lbs after the weigh in.

Pac should just fight @ 147

Even though it was a weight-drained DLH that he ****in' smoked he still looked plenty sharp enough to scrap with some of the better welters IMO
