Pac can hardly weigh 140 at weigh in. He actually weighed 138 during his last fight and 142 during dela Hoya fight. I don't think he will rehydrate to 145 without sacrificing his speed while Cotto weighed 146 against Clottey. He will only go down one pound to make 145.

 

Pac weighed in at 138 and 142 because he cut too much weight.

Pac weighed 149 for DLH and 148 for Hatton.

Him not rehydrating to his original weight is going to hurt him.

Do you think by having this fight at 145 Cotto will any less come fight time? And do you feel this is only necessary because Cotto 10-12lbs after the weigh in?

Im very excited for the pac-Cotto fight if it happens but I disagree (and dislike) with a fight at anything below 147.

eze, this fight if ever it happens in whatever weight is going to be exciting. Pac's speed and blinding punches will be too much for Cotto.
