I'm wondering how much eating right before training impacts you or what I should eat or do before training. For instance today I woke up really late at 1:30 pm and I just was kinda like "o man this sucks" cause I slept half the day away. So I only ate a power ball and 2 bananas. I didn't do anything cept for watch tv and go on the computer.

Once I got to the gym I felt ok, but then when I was shadow boxing I felt like ****. I would close my eyes everyonce in a while cause I felt really dizzy. I pulled together for 3 rounds of sparring but I could barely move. I felt tight and low on energy. In the 4th round of sparring I wasn't really throwing punches cause I was so tired. I made it through fine though. THen I got on heavy bags and the coach said I looked really drained and he asked if I ate anything that day and he told me to get on double end bag. I made it through the training but it was kinda embarrassing just cause I was doin kinda bad later on.

I am wondering if it was b/c I didn't eat enough or b/c I didn't do anything active. I was only up from 130-7 then i trained at the gym. What do you reccomend doing to prepare for training.

What the heck is a power ball? That's probably what did it. Just eat normal, healthy food and stay hydrated.
